Tamar Braxton Addresses Being Rushed to the Hospital: ‘I’m NOT breaking down’ [PHOTO]

Tamar Braxton was all smiles last night as she celebrated her birthday with husband Vince Herbert and a bunch of friends. But before turning up, Tamar took to Instagram to address being rushed to the hospital the other day. She told her fans:
