Man Caught With Fake PVCs On March 28th Awarded Certificate Of Return By INEC

Remember the PDP man that was caught with fake 4000 PVC's during the governorship election? He goes by the name Dr. Chukwuemeka Ujam and he contested for Nkanu East/West Fed. House of Reps in Enugu State.

 Well, despite committing such crime,he has been awarded certificate of return by INEC. Shame,Shame,Shame!!!To him he's scored big
