Kim Richards(Real Housewives of Beverly Hills) Arrested After Drunken Confrontation With Police

The RHOBH star was arrested around 1:30am Thursday morning after an allegedly drunken confrontation with police. Security at the Beverly Hills Hotel had called the cops to respond to a conflict on their premises.


Beverly Hills Police Department spokesman Lt. Lincoln Hoshino described the 50-year-old reality star as "belligerent, slurring her speech, and reeking of alcohol." Hoshino noted that Richards appeared to have had "too much to drink and was disturbing some of the other patrons" in the hotel's restaurant. Hotel security asked Richards to leave, but she refused at which point she went to the bathroom. Richards has been charged with public intoxication, trespassing, resisting an officer and battery on a police officer. She is set to appear at the LAX Superior Court on May 10. She has since been processed and released.
