Former 007 agent slash actor Roger Moore is known for not being one of the greatest James Bonds in history, but apparently the British actor has a lot of opinions about one actor considered a frontrunner to be the next Bond!
Here's what Moore said in an interview with Paris Match magazine:
"A few years ago, I said that Cuba Gooding Jr. would make an excellent Bond, but it was a joke! Although James may have been played by a Scot, a Welshman and an Irishman, I think he should be 'English-English.' Nevertheless, it's an interesting idea, but unrealistic."
We have no idea what Moore means when he thinks Bond should be "English-English" but we don't like the implications!
There have been a lot of racist backlash coming out since Idris Elba's name was thrown in the James Bond mix and it's really getting irksome at this point!
We really, really hope Idris is chosen as the next 007 agent just so all of these haters can watch Idris Elba smash all of their preconceived notions way the hell down!
