The banking industry in Nigeria and the world so far has been a very sensitive place for people to work in especially when one talks on job security.
I know this being an Ex banker with one of the commercial banks in Nigeria. Every day my colleagues wake up to go to the field they always whisper a prayer even if its not for anything but for them not to encounter any calamity. Dubious foul minds now reign supreme amongst both staffs and customers of all the banks.
Find below a heart wrenching encounter of an MOB reader who lost her job in trying to please a customer of the bank she works for.
To all my bank colleagues keep your head up high,remembering that while serving a customer you should abide by the rules of your organisation and because when gbege enters the bank management and the customer in question will deny you and you will be left out in the cold.
