13 year old murders woman to get her valuables

A 13-year-old boy has become one of Britain’s youngest ever convicted murderers and has received a life sentence for killing a mum and stamping on her head, in Smethwick, West Midlands, England, UK. Sick Petri Kurti battered Glynis Bensley with a punch to head and then continued to drive his foot into her face.

Following the vile attack in September last year, he then stripped the victim of her money, mobile phone, cigarettes and jewellery. Kurti then stamped on her head leaving a visible mark with his trainer on her face.

It was discovered that the boys had planned the robbery just a fortnight before via text. The evil teen was then overheard boasting about what he had done in a nearby park. Ms Bensley was found dead in a pool of blood in the gutter just moments after the 30-second beating. A post-mortem examination revealed Ms Bensley died as a result of a severe bleed to the brain. Paying tribute to Ms Bensley, her three siblings said they believed she was “in the wrong place at the wrong time”.

Her sister Dawn, 56, said: “We are a very close and supportive family and always look out for each other. Glynis was my only sister and best friend, I thought we would grow old together. She loved working for charities. She just liked to help people, she would help anybody. They are cowards, the way they did it. She was an easy target. It could have happened to anybody. Justice has been done.” Kurti handed himself into the police five days after the murder and unemployed Majid was arrested by detectives.

He pleaded guilty to manslaughter and robbery but was found guilty of murder. He was sentenced to life behind bars and was ordered to spend a minimum of 12 years behind bars. Kurti was also sentenced to five years for robbery and 12 months, to run concurrently, for another street robbery carried out with his 25-year-old sister.
