Efe Ambrose has reaffirmed that his side is in good position to retain the title Scottish league title even though the league is getting tougher every season.
Ambrose, 26, was an integral part of the squad that won the Scottish league title last season. In a chat with footballlive.ng, Ambrose also revealed that the club has helped him into becoming a better player.
“I believe that we are just a better team right now but we need to be a better team to retain the league title but the league’s standard is getting higher by the day”
“All over the world, everybody knows Celtic because we always play in the Champions League so I don’t see the reason why the club isn’t good for me. I have been here and they have helped me to become a better player”
Ambrose has played 31 times for Celtic this season helping the club to stay on top of the Scottish log with 63 points from 26 matches played this season, posting an impressive 20 wins, 3 loses and 3 draws.
