#Nigeriadecides Actor Desmond Elliot shares money at polling unit

According to PDP handle on twitter, Actor Desmond Elliot was seen sharing money to bribe voters to rig the election. I actually don't think his aim was to rig the election. You all know that since he is a celeb most people might request he gives them little tip to appreciate his fans.
