 Sources close to TMZ say they do not communicate at all. They have no direct co-parenting discussions. Everything regarding Suri -- visitation, child-rearing, etc. -- is handled through intermediaries.

We all know how Tom can be bossy even in his movies. He does not want to have anything to do with Kate and yet her dating other men worries him! Move on Tom, Kates' boat has long sailed away with Jamie Foxx on it. Lolz
