Kim K poses nude for photo shoot in KUWTK



Looks like Keeping Up With The Kardashians is in need of a ratings boost. In a new trailer to promote the new season, Kim K is shown posing completely nude and declaring "I'm doing this photo shoot today naked". They used this to attract viewers... Her mum, Kris Jenner, posted the trailer on Twitter yesterday night in advance of the show. See the photos after
