That's not the official retitling of the seasons premiere "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," but it's pretty darn close.This first episode shows the very bed on which Kim and Kanye West are trying to conceive their second child, just moments after an attempted conception took place! Yes, it's that intimate!

 We already know that Kim and Kanye are doing it "500 times a day," but now Kim is "exhausted" from all the doing it, and she's considering a surrogate because she's having so much trouble getting pregnant. That's sad, of course, because this couple obviously desperately wants another baby to love, but the good news is that Kim seems to already know that however it comes about, she's going to have a little baby boy.
